I stayed two nights. my room was on the same level as the onsen. it was very convenient to use the onsen. breakfast and dinner were both buffets with a good variety of food choices. parking was free and convenient. It was a nice stay.

I requested no cleaning but new towels. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room, putting outdoor clothes with sleeping clothes, which gave an impression of carelessness about cleanliness. it was a shame.

I secured a room that offered views of Mount Fuji. I was very fortunate to have a clear view on one morning. The hotel is also conveniently located for anyone planning to visit Fuji Q Highland (it's very close!).

The towels provided in the room were quite thin.
